Policies

LATE FLIGHT ARRIVALS

If your flight is more that 15 minutes late please call our office as soon as you are aware. If the driver has not departed Rolla, it may be possible for us to change your scheduled pickup without incurring extra fees. If the driver has departed Rolla, the shuttle CANNOT be canceled or rescheduled. Failure to call before your scheduled pickup will be considered a no-show.

Our drivers may be able to wait for you at the airport. It may be possible for the driver to wait so please call our office as soon as possible. If the driver cannot wait, you will have to pay for a new shuttle and forfeit your previously paid shuttle. WAITING IS NOT GUARANTEED, AND WAIT TIME AND RESCHEDULES SHUTTLES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABLITY.

Wait Times:
$30 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments)

Wait time fees are due immediately at your shuttle pickup. The driver may take exact cash or you may call the office to pay with a credit card.

ROUND-TRIP WAIT TIMES

Wait times for round-trips (medical appointments, etc.) are billed at $30 per hour, 1 hour minimum, and 15 minute increments after the first hour. Please generously estimate your wait times when booking your shuttle. You will only be charged actual wait time, but at times appointments do run over and the driver cannot wait more than the allotted time.

DEPARTURE FLIGHTS

It is recommended that you schedule your departure to arrive at the airport ONE HOUR before your flight time and an ADDITIONAL ONE HOUR to account for traffic, weather, and other delays, for a total of TWO HOURS in addition to travel time. CTS is NOT responsible for late drop-offs or missed flights if you do not schedule at least TWO extra hours in addition to calculated travel times.

LATE BOOKING AND EMERGENCY FEES

CTS will collect an additional $25 fee for all travel arrangements made with less than 48 hours notice.

Same-Day service will incur an additional $50 fee.

Immediate emergency service will incur an additional $100 fee.

HOLIDAYS

Major holidays incur an additional $75 fee. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and the 4th of July.

MULTIPLE RIDERS

Multiple riders must be picked up, dropped off, and make one payment in order to receive the discount pricing for multiple riders. Anyone paying separately, departing or arriving at another location must pay at the individual rate.

AFTER-HOURS PICKUPS

Pickups after 10 PM and before 6 AM will incur an additional $50 fee.

If your pickup shifts to after-hours due to a late flight arrival, the $50 fee will be added in addition to your wait time.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION

No reservation is booked and finalized until FULL payment is made. Any arrangements made without final payment are tentative only and seats are not guaranteed.

REFUNDS

Refunds  will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds within 24 hours of your scheduled shuttle will incur a $50 cancellation  fee. Refunds will not be given or transferred to another shuttle time once the driver has departed to pick you up.
